Your takings, and your books, without the re-typing.
See what came through the door, and let the invoice land in Xero on its own.
What the week actually did
Report on bookings and takings for a day or a date range, grouped the way you want to look at them. It is the answer to “was that as busy as it felt”, which is a question worth being able to answer with something other than a feeling.
Checkouts become invoices
Connect Xero once and a checkout syncs across as an invoice, with the payment against it and the client matched to their contact. The end of the month stops being an evening of typing numbers into a second system.
It tells you when it fails
A sync that did not work is visible as a sync that did not work, with the error and the number of attempts on the record. Silence would be worse: an invoice you think crossed over and did not is a hole you find in six weeks.
Questions about this
Do I need Xero to use RoxRox Salon?
No. The reports work on their own. Xero is there for salons that already use it and would rather not type the same numbers twice.
What about other accounting packages?
Xero is the one that is connected today. If you are on something else, the reports still tell you what you took — you would export from them rather than syncing.
Can I disconnect it?
Yes, from the same settings screen you connected it in. Nothing already synced is withdrawn from Xero.
