Booking that fits the day, not the other way round.
Your own booking address, open all night, offering only the slots you can actually work.
A booking address that is yours
Every salon gets its own booking host — your name on the front of it, not a listing among a thousand others in somebody's marketplace. Put the link on your website, your Instagram bio and the bottom of your emails. Clients who follow it see your services, your prices and your stylists, and nothing else.
Slots that match the work
A slot is as long as the service takes. A full head of highlights does not get offered a thirty-minute gap, and a fringe trim does not block out an afternoon. Availability is worked out per stylist from the services they do, the hours they are rostered, the breaks they take and the bookings already in the book.
Development time is not dead time
A service can carry a gap in the middle — the thirty-five minutes a colour is processing — and the stylist is free during it. That gap can be booked into, so a cut lands inside a colour instead of the afternoon being written off.
Closed is closed
Opening hours, the day you shut early for a wedding, and the bank holidays you take off are all set once. The booking page will not offer a slot on a day you are not there, so nobody turns up to a locked door.
Questions about this
Do clients have to make an account?
No. They pick a service and a slot, give a name and a mobile number, and confirm with a code sent by text. That code is what stops the book filling with bookings nobody meant to make.
What about a service that needs a conversation first?
Every service you offer appears on the booking page, so a colour correction cannot be hidden from it individually. What you can do instead is restrict online booking to existing clients, so a stranger books a consultation with you rather than three hours of your Saturday.
Can two stylists offer the same service at different prices?
Yes. Services are mapped to the stylists who perform them, and availability is worked out per stylist, so a senior stylist's column can differ from a junior's.

Deposits & card-secured booking
An empty chair costs the same as a full one. A deposit — or just a card on file — turns most of them back into appointments.
Client & colour records
Colour notes, cutting notes, allergies and photos on the client — so the second appointment is as good as the first, whoever is holding the brush.
Reminders
A confirmation when they book, a reminder before they arrive, in the language the appointment was made in.
