Booking software for barbershops.
Short appointments, walk-ins, and a chair that has to keep turning. Built for a shop where the queue is the business.
Fifteen-minute slots that behave
A skin fade is not an hour and should not be booked like one. Service lengths drive the slots, so a shop running six cuts an hour per chair gets a book that reflects that rather than a grid of half-hour blocks somebody has to work around.
Walk-ins and the book, together
Most barbershops run both. Put the regulars online so they stop ringing during a cut, keep the rest of the day open for whoever comes through the door, and add a walk-in to the book from the phone in your apron.
Everyone's takings, separately
A shop with chair renters or a rota of self-employed barbers needs to know what each chair did, not just what the till did. Bookings and checkouts carry the barber who performed them, so the day breaks down by person.
Questions about this
We are mostly walk-ins. Is this still worth it?
Usually yes, for the regulars. Most shops that switch put a portion of the day online for the people who always book anyway, and leave the rest open. The phone stops ringing mid-cut, which is the actual win.
Our barbers are self-employed. How does that work?
Each barber who needs their own login has a seat, their own calendar and their own client notes. Bookings and checkouts record who performed them, so you can see what each chair took.
Can we stop people booking three months out?
Booking follows your rota and opening hours, so how far ahead the book is open follows how far ahead you have rostered.
More of the platform
Online booking
Your own booking address, open all night, offering only the slots you can actually work.
Deposits & card-secured booking
An empty chair costs the same as a full one. A deposit — or just a card on file — turns most of them back into appointments.
Client & colour records
Colour notes, cutting notes, allergies and photos on the client — so the second appointment is as good as the first, whoever is holding the brush.
