Booking software for beauty studios.
Treatment rooms, back-to-back appointments and clients who need to be told what to expect before they arrive.
The room is the constraint
In a salon the bottleneck is the stylist. In a studio it is often the room — one treatment couch, one lash bed, one place a wax can actually happen. Rooms are bookable resources in their own right, so two appointments cannot be sold the same space.
Say the important part before they arrive
A confirmation goes out at booking and a reminder before the appointment, by text, WhatsApp or email, in the client's language. That is where the things people need to know in advance belong, rather than in a conversation at the door.
Notes that make the next one better
What was used, what reacted, what they asked not to repeat. Notes and allergy information live on the client rather than in a book by the till, and they are encrypted rather than sitting in plain text.
Questions about this
Can one therapist work in more than one room?
Yes. Rooms and people are separate things to book, so availability comes from both being free rather than from one standing in for the other.
Can I take a deposit on treatments only?
Not per service — the deposit is one amount for the business, applied to online bookings that require payment. Studios that want it on some treatments only usually keep the rest off online booking.
Is patch-test information handled?
There is no patch-test field. Allergy information is its own field on the client, and studios generally record test dates in the client notes alongside it.
More of the platform
Online booking
Your own booking address, open all night, offering only the slots you can actually work.
Deposits & card-secured booking
An empty chair costs the same as a full one. A deposit — or just a card on file — turns most of them back into appointments.
Client & colour records
Colour notes, cutting notes, allergies and photos on the client — so the second appointment is as good as the first, whoever is holding the brush.
