Booking software for hair salons.
Long appointments, colour that has to be right twice, and a Saturday where one cancellation costs three hours.
The formula is the asset
A client who leaves happy twice is a client for a decade. Colour notes and cutting notes are separate fields on the client, so the formula, the developer and the correction that fixed it are not buried in the same paragraph as a note about their fringe.
Three hours is not three slots
A full head of highlights has a shape: application, a long wait, then finishing. A service can carry that gap, and the gap is bookable — so a cut lands inside somebody's processing time instead of the stylist standing about.
Protect the long ones
The appointment that hurts to lose is the four-hour one. Requiring card details before a booking is held, and a deposit on top where you want one, is the difference between a gap you can fill and an afternoon you cannot.
Questions about this
Can a junior and a senior stylist charge differently for the same service?
Yes. Services are mapped to the stylists who perform them and availability is worked out per stylist, so the columns can differ.
What about colour corrections that need a consultation first?
Every service you offer shows on the booking page, so a correction cannot be hidden from it individually. Salons that need a conversation first usually restrict online booking to existing clients, so new enquiries come through them.
Do the colour notes come with us if we leave?
A client's record, notes included, can be exported as a file through the subject-access workflow in the privacy screen. There is no one-click export of the whole client list yet — if you are leaving, ask us and we will get it out for you.
More of the platform
Online booking
Your own booking address, open all night, offering only the slots you can actually work.
Deposits & card-secured booking
An empty chair costs the same as a full one. A deposit — or just a card on file — turns most of them back into appointments.
Client & colour records
Colour notes, cutting notes, allergies and photos on the client — so the second appointment is as good as the first, whoever is holding the brush.
