ROXROXSalon
Working on your own

Booking software for a stylist working alone.

One chair, one diary, and nobody to answer the phone while your hands are full. The cheapest way in is one seat.

The phone stops being the booking system

Working alone, every call comes while you are mid-blow-dry. A booking link on your Instagram bio takes the appointment without you — and takes it correctly, because it already knows how long a service runs and when you work.

Nobody to chase for you

There is no receptionist to ring round the day before. Reminders go out on their own, by text, WhatsApp or email, and card details can be required before a slot is held — which matters more when one no-show is a whole afternoon.

One seat is the whole cost

The base price covers the business and you add a seat for each person who needs a login. On your own that is one. You get the same colour records, the same deposits and the same Xero sync as a six-chair salon.

Questions about this

I rent a chair in someone else's salon. Does that work?

Yes. Your account is yours: your clients, your services, your hours and your takings. It does not need to be connected to the salon you rent from.

What happens when I take somebody on?

Add a seat. The bill follows the team, and you can remove it again if it does not work out.

Is it too much software for one person?

Possibly, and it is worth finding out on the trial rather than taking our word for it. The setup that suits most people working alone is services, hours and the booking link — the rest can stay switched off.

See it on your own diary.
